Venturita, is the second floor of the Casa Bienestar that is part of the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Built in 1910 as the family vacation home, the resting place of a professional Montessori teacher. We offer you the top floor of the house, independent and with personality, like Venturita.

Today the house offers three independent dwellings, as were the women who created and maintained it: Venturita, Rosemary and Angelina.

Apartment equipped with bed linen and towels and all kinds of household items to make your stay comfortable and independent. All rooms are exterior and have a pleasant view of the garden with fir trees on the horizon or the sunset, it is a quiet place.
Equipped and ergonomic kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine, and small appliances such as a toaster, water heater, microwave, kettles, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen also has a round table.

You can access the garden and the porch with barbecue. The garden is fenced around the perimeter. Pets can use the garden, they should only be educated and not left alone.

The house has 145m², with original furniture, antiques and collectibles. Good Wi-Fi connection for teleworking. Independent terrace. Capacity 7 people.
