Sant Hilari has a great variety of local products conceived, created and marketed in the village. They are genuine from our land and they all bear the seeds of Les Guilleries. Look for them at local shops, you won’t find them anywhere else.

Walnuts from Els Clopés

In Les Guilleries you can find almost eight hectares of the famous walnuts of Sant Hilari, a local product. They are an autumn fruit and are picked in October for about twenty days. They have the peculiarity that they grow to a thousand meters of altitude and their production is limited.

The cheese from the Granja Circus

The cheese from the Granja Circus

It is a family of shepherds and cheesemakers who herd their flock of Latxa sheep and their Jersey cows on Les Guilleries. They turn raw pasture milk into cheese in the same farm and, sometimes, they have unweaned lamb. They also offer handmade lambskin rugs. They respect the natural cycles of animals, pasture lands and forests; they understand livestock farming linked to the environment.
