The cheese from the Granja Circus
It is a family of shepherds and cheesemakers who herd their flock of Latxa sheep and their Jersey cows on Les Guilleries. They turn raw pasture milk into cheese in the same farm and, sometimes, they have unweaned lamb. They also offer handmade lambskin rugs. They respect the natural cycles of animals, pasture lands and forests; they understand livestock farming linked to the environment.
