GR 83 – Camí del Nord
It is a long-distance route (212 km) connecting Mataró and Prades (Languedoc-Roussillon). The distance crossing the region of La Selva is 64.5 km long and goes through Les Guilleries, Collsacabra and El Montseny.
This great route belongs to a 64.5 km route which goes through Les Planes d’Hostoles, Osor, Sant Hilari Sacalm, Arbúcies and Riells i Viabrea.
In total, there are 2,458 metres of maximum height and 2,197 of minimum height.
This GR footpath is part of “Els Grans Camins de l’Aigua” (The Great Roads of Water).
