During both days of the fair, you can discover and taste the typical dishes of les Guilleries cuisine. On Friday, a popular botifarrada will also take place in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
Throughout the weekend, you can enjoy the following activities to learn about les Guilleries gastronomy:
– Popular botifarrada. Friday at 8 PM in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer. Price: €6 (botifarra, bread with tomato, and drink)
– Local gastronomy showcase with Celler d’en Jordi. Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM and from 6 PM to 10 PM in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Tasting of local products organized by the Associació de Comerç de Sant Hilari Sacalm. Saturday at 12 PM in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Popular castanyada. Saturday at 6:30 PM in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
