Local gastronomy
During the two days of the fair you will be able to learn about and try the typical dishes of the Guilleries gastronomy. There will also be a cooking demonstration from the area with Salvador Brugués, chef from Sant Hilari Sacalm.
Throughout the weekend you can enjoy the following activities to get to know the gastronomy of Guilleries:
– Popular botifarrada. Friday at 8 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer. Price: €5 (botifarra, bread with tomato and drink)
– Les Guilleries cooking demonstration by Salvador Brugués. Saturday at 12 a.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Sample of local gastronomy with the Celler de Jordi and the Bar Restaurant Montseny. Saturday from 12 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 10 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Tasting of local products organized by Associació de Comerç de Sant Hilari Sacalm. Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Popular Castanyada /strong>. Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
– Vermouth de les Guilleries. Sunday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Plaça Doctor Gravalosa.
