Local gastronomy

During the two days of the fair you will be able to learn about and try the typical dishes of the Guilleries gastronomy. There will also be a cooking demonstration from the area with Salvador Brugués, chef from Sant Hilari Sacalm.

Throughout the weekend you can enjoy the following activities to get to know the gastronomy of Guilleries:

Popular botifarrada. Friday at 8 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer. Price: €5 (botifarra, bread with tomato and drink)
Les Guilleries cooking demonstration by Salvador Brugués. Saturday at 12 a.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
Sample of local gastronomy with the Celler de Jordi and the Bar Restaurant Montseny. Saturday from 12 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 10 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
Tasting of local products organized by Associació de Comerç de Sant Hilari Sacalm. Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
Popular Castanyada /strong>. Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in Plaça Jacint Verdaguer.
Vermouth de les Guilleries. Sunday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Plaça Doctor Gravalosa.
