Ca la Pauleta

Ca la Pauleta is a restored town house, ideal for family stays on weekends or holidays, to enjoy the Guilleries and an unbeatable natural environment. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the town center, and not far from access to various routes and excursions for hiking lovers.

It has capacity for four people and is a fully equipped house with all the basic services. There is a double room, a matrimonial room, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a dining room-living room, a study room, a toilet, and outside a rustic room with a washing machine, utility room, drying rack and space to store all the cleaning utensils. There is a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the house and heating.

The kitchen room has access to a beautiful and landscaped patio, with two mulberry trees that are very shady in spring and summer, and a large palm tree that has made history, as it was planted when the current owners were kids and it has been growing incessantly, reaching , to this day, to considerable dimensions. The patio is a very pleasant space to rest, read, talk with the family, or even sleep in the hammock. It has garden furniture, and children can also find their particular play space, searching among the outdoor toys in a box that it’s offered to their little guests.
